  • Express Air: 1 to 3 business days in most metropolitan areas.

  • FedEx Priority Overnight®: Next business day in most metropolitan areas.

  • FedEx 2Day®: 1 to 2 business days in most metropolitan areas.

  • FedEx Express Saver®: 1-3 business days in most metropolitan areas.

  • Canada Post Xpresspost: 2-3 day shipping in most metropolitan areas.

  • Canada Post Expedited: 4-7 business days across Canada.



FedEx does not ship to PO boxes or rural areas. If you use a PO box or are in a rural area and select Express Air your order will ship Canada Post Expedited. Selecting any other priority method with FedEx, your order may be handed over to another courier or equivalent shipping method.

Shipping times do not include the time it takes for your order to be processed and packed in our warehouse. Our team proudly processes orders within 24-48 hours; however, during the holiday season (November through December) picking and packing time may take up to 10 business days from the date you place your order.

Please make sure your area is serviced by your preferred shipping method before choosing it, as not all areas will qualify for Priority Service, and therefore your shipping times may vary from the standard service levels listed above.


If you need to cancel your order, please contact our helpful Customer Service team at info@sweetlegs.ca as soon as possible. Please note that if your order has already been shipped we aren't able to process the cancellation request; however, you can send your order back to us for a store credit. (Note: You will be responsible for any return shipping fees.) If you wish to make a change to your order please contact us at info@sweetlegs.ca. Your original order will be cancelled and refunded to allow you to place a new one.



If no one is at the address when FedEx or Canada Post makes the delivery, a note is left in the mailbox and the package is taken to the depot. Another attempt to deliver will be made the next day. A total of three attempts to deliver will be made. If delivery is not possible, the package will be returned to SweetLegs.

When you find the missed delivery note in your mailbox, contact your shipping provider to arrange another pickup time, or hold for pickup. All orders over $100 will require a signature release to prevent theft. If you would like to forgo a signature on your package, please leave a note before submitting your order. Orders that decline a signature release will not be eligible for replacement if they are lost or stolen. 

You can have your package delivered to your work address if this is more convenient for you. This MUST be included as delivery address at the time of checkout.
