SweetLegs Rewards Program Terms & Conditions

The terms and conditions outlined in this agreement (the “Agreement”) govern membership in the SweetLegs Rewards Program (“Program”). Participants in the Program are subject to the terms and conditions herein effective October 16, 2018.

The Program is available to individuals for their personal use only, with a limit of one account per person. SweetLegs reserves the right to limit the number of participants in the Program. Program members (each a "Member") are eligible to earn points ("Points") on designated items (“Eligible Purchases”) when making purchases from SweetLegs. Members may then redeem their Points for rewards, benefits, and/or rebates offered by the company. However, Members do not have a guaranteed right to continue receiving any particular reward, benefit, or redemption level.

To enroll in the SweetLegs Clothing Inc. Rewards Program (the "Program"), eligible individuals can visit the SweetLegs website (the "Site") and follow the prompts to create an account which will automatically enroll the individual in the Program. During the enrollment process, Members may be required to provide their full name, phone number, mailing address, email address, and create a password. They will then be given a Member account and be eligible to receive Rewards, such as SweetLegs products and exclusive offers. Only one Member account can be associated with a single email address, and the Member will be deemed the authorized account holder of that email address in the event of a dispute. To redeem Points for a reward, Members must have a valid physical address linked to their Member account. Members are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of their account information and updating it as needed.

As a Member, you earn Points by making qualifying purchases online. Qualifying purchases exclude taxes, shipping charges, employee discounts, commercial account purchases, gift card purchases, charitable donations, returns, refunds, and merchandise credits or any rewards or other awards. To earn Points, you must be signed into your Member account at the time of purchase. SweetLegs may also provide additional Points for certain transactions and promotions at its discretion. If you return items from a qualifying purchase, the appropriate number of Points will be deducted from your account balance. Once a certain loyalty tier is reached, the Member may be eligible for rewards specific to that tier, which may change and be offered on a limited basis. Eligible purchases and other opportunities to earn Points and reach loyalty tiers will be posted on the Site or may be communicated through other channels, such as marketing communications and social media.

Points earned through the Program do not have any cash or property value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Only the Member making the qualifying purchase can accumulate Points. Points cannot be transferred to any other person or entity for consideration, except as specifically provided for in the program's terms and conditions, and any use of Points in violation of these terms will render them void.

SweetLegs determines the number of Points required to earn a reward at its discretion and reserves the right to change this amount without notice. Members can redeem their Points on the Site by signing into their account before making a purchase. The Points used for redemption will be deducted from the total Points available in the Member's account. SweetLegs reserves the right to change the rewards available, the requirements for earning Points and reaching each loyalty tier, and how eligible purchases and other Program activity are evaluated and rewarded. The Company may also place limits on the number of eligible purchases or activities for the Program or a particular tier, the number or types of rewards that can be earned in a given time period or for the duration of the Program, or any combination thereof. Rewards can only be redeemed on the Site. Rewards cannot be exchanged or returned for another product or service or a monetary refund. The products and services available through the Program, as well as any products provided to Members are for personal use only and may not be resold. SweetLegs reserves the right to cancel or reduce the quantity of any order or products provided if it believes, at its sole discretion, that doing so would violate the terms of this agreement.


When signing up for the Program, the Member agrees to receive periodic emails from the Company. The Member can opt out of marketing emails at any time, but they continue to receive operational emails related to their membership in the Program. Unless otherwise specified, Points balances will be communicated via email on a monthly basis.


SweetLegs reserves the right to cancel, modify, or restrict any aspect of the Program at any time, with or without notice. Membership in the Program may be revoked at any time and is non transferable. Any abuse of the Program, failure to follow its terms, or misrepresentation may result in the revocation of membership and ineligibility for further participation in the Program. In the event that a Member defrauds or abuses the Program, fails to follow its terms, or makes any misrepresentation to SweetLegs, the company reserves the right to seek all remedies, whether legal or equitable, criminal or civil. SweetLegs' records of Program purchases will be considered correct and the company reserves the right to determine the qualification for any transaction and to correct or modify rewards at any time based on its records and calculations of account information. SweetLegs is not responsible for communications or rewards that are lost due to an inaccuracy in or change of address or other contact information. Rewards may be subject to taxes as required by law, and any tax liability is the sole responsibility of the Member. From time to time, rewards balances and values may be updated in the Program. SweetLegs may waive compliance with these terms and conditions at its discretion and may run promotions that provide enhanced benefits to select Members. The company's failure to exercise any of its rights under this agreement or its delay in enforcing or exercising any of those rights does not constitute a waiver of such rights. If you have concerns about a purchase or other activity not being properly applied to your account, you can contact SweetLegs by emailing info@sweetlegs.ca. Your email should include your name and email address associated with the Program, the date of the Program activity, the order number (if applicable), and the issue encountered. This email must be sent no more than thirty (30) days after the date of the purchase or other Program activity. SweetLegs is not responsible for late notifications about purchases or other Program activities not being credited to an account.


The Program has no predetermined termination date and may continue until SweetLegs decides to end it at its discretion. In the event that the Program is terminated, SweetLegs will notify Members. The company reserves the right to deactivate an account if Points were obtained through fraudulent activity or technical failures of any kind. To reactivate an account, cancel participation in the Program, or request to not be contacted, SweetLegs must be notified by email at info@sweetlegs.ca. If a Member account is canceled, all accumulated Points will be lost and remaining Points cannot be redeemed.


By participating in the Program, the Member agrees that SweetLegs and its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") will not be liable or responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind (including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive or exemplary damages) to persons or property arising from the Program, except for errors in posting Points to accounts. The Released Parties are not responsible for (a) loss or misdirection of, or delay in receiving, any membership application, correspondence, or rewards; (b) theft or unauthorized redemption of credits or rewards, or use of a reward caused by circumstances beyond our control; (c) any actions or omissions of third parties; or (d) any errors published in relation to the Program, including, but not limited to, any typographical errors, errors of description, and errors in the crediting or debiting of credits from Member accounts. The Company reserves the right to correct errors without notice. The Released Parties will not be liable for any delays or failures in performance due to causes beyond our control, such as acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, terrorism, or any actions or omissions of third parties.


This section will remain in effect after a Member's participation in the Program ends.

The program, including the site and rewards, are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. However, some jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages or the exclusion of implied warranties, so these exclusions may not apply to you. Unless specifically stated otherwise in the program rules, everything regarding the program is provided without warranty.
